Use this form to tell us:
- you have always lived alone
- all other adult members of your household have moved out, and you are the adult aged over 18 resident at your property
- someone has died, and you are the only adult aged 18 or over resident at your address
- someone has moved in, and you need to cancel a Single Person Discount
You will need:
- your Council Tax account reference - from your latest bill from Bury Council
- your bank details - if you are setting up or amending a Direct Debit

This information will be held securely and will be used to provide you with the service you have requested.
